My Seagate FreeAgent GoFlex had been used with my MacBook. It's supposed to be able to work back and forth with a Mac or PC. Now, when I plug the SeaGate GoFlex into the Acer, it won't work. It appears in the 'Device Manager', but does not appear in the 'Disk Management'. It also appears under 'Devices and Printers'. Dec 28, 2011 I have purchased 'GoFlex Desk' for Mac (2TB). It says I can use it with Windows 7. I have a Dell Studio 17'. Answered by a verified Tech Support Specialist.
